书证融通、育训协同视角下职业教育教师专业化发展研究 被引量:1

摘要 职业教育教师专业能力发展水平是书证融通、育训协同1+X证书制度实施试点的关键,职业院校要以促进和提升教师专业发展为突破口,提高职业教育质量,支撑地方产业转型升级、促进区域经济发展。基于此,分析书证融通、育训协同视角下职业教育教师专业化发展现实需求,诠释该背景下的教育理念、教师专业发展目标和关键要求,明确教师专业化发展要从教师角色自我认同、校企合作、互联网+教育、反思教学、专业学习共同体等途径出发,构建教师专业能力自觉提升、专业知识和专业技能丰富、教学实践能力强、自我发展意识不断增强的“新双师型”教学团队,不断提高职业教育教师专业发展能力,实现职业技能等级鉴定与课堂教学融合,推进职业技能鉴定常态化。 The development of vocational education teachers'professional ability is the key to the implementation of"the 1+X certificate system"which emphasizes the"integration of textbook and certificate as well as the coordination of education and training".Vocational colleges should take improving teachers'professional development as a breakthrough so as to improve the quality of vocational education,support the transformation and upgrading of local industries,and promote regional economic development.Therefore,this paper analyzes the realistic needs of professional development of vocational education teachers under the background of"integration of textbook and certificate as well as the coordination of education and training",interprets the educational concept,professional development goals and key requirements of the occupation.It is clear that teachers'professional development could be achieved from the following approaches:the teachers'self-identification,college-enterprise cooperation,Internet plus education,reflective teaching and professional learning and so on.It is of great necessity to establish a faculty team of"academic-practical"teachers who have the initiatives to improve their professional ability,accumulate professional knowledge,promote professional skills,and enhance practical ability of teaching.It is also required that we should continuously improve the professional development ability of vocational education teachers,realize the integration of vocational skill grade identification and classroom teaching,and promote the normalization of vocational skill identification.
