摘要
为提升医院污水处理设施的医疗污水处理水平,设计一种医院污水处理设施升级改造建设方法并研究MBR膜处理工艺的应用。局部改造好氧区,对其部分段进行填料区改造,投加生物悬浮填料。使用MBR膜处理工艺改造深度处理中的曝气池,设计一种小网格反应池作为絮凝反应池,在上级絮凝池对应流动通道上布设小孔眼网格。应用测试结果表明,MBR膜处理工艺应用效果较好,同时在低温运行状态下、不同排泥量和外回流比下以及不同生物膜的选择下,都表现出了良好的运行效果,可以投入使用。
In order to improve the medical sewage treatment level of hospital sewage treatment facilities,a construction method for upgrading hospital sewage treatment facilities was designed,and the application of MBR membrane treatment process was studied.Aerobic area were constructed in some areas by upgrading the filling area for certain sections and biological suspension filling were added.The MBR membrane treatment process is used to transform the aeration tank in advanced treatment,a small grid reaction tank is designed as the flocculation reaction tank,and a small hole grid is arranged on the corresponding flow channel of the upper flocculation tank.The application test results show that the MBR membrane treatment process has good application effect.At the same time,it shows good operation effect under low temperature operation,different sludge discharge and external reflux ratio and different biofilm selection.The results are ready for application.
