摘要
激光复合制造技术通过耦合能场/工艺,弥补了单一激光制造的缺点与不足,成为当前激光制造领域的研究热点。提出了激光复合制造技术定义及分类,并从多能场复合与多技术协同两方面介绍了当前国内外激光复合制造技术的发展现状,揭示了多能场、多技术的协同作用机理,阐述了激光复合制造技术的优势,分析了激光复合制造技术面临的挑战与发展趋势。
Laser hybrid manufacturing technology has become a research hotspot in the field of laser manufacturing to overcome the shortcomings of laser manufacturing by coupling of energy field or process.The definition and classification of laser hybrid manufacturing were proposed.And the development status of laser hybrid manufacturing technology at home and abroad was reviewed including hybrid of multi-energy field and multi-process.Furthermore,the cooperative mechanisms of multi-energy field and multi-process were revealed,and the advantages of laser hybrid manufacturing technology were clarified.Finally,the challenges and the trends of laser hybrid manufacturing were analyzed.
