Textual Research on the Origin and Design of Chinese Characters from Ceramic Sculpture——Take the Relationship between Pottery Pigsty and Chinese Character " Hao " as an Example

汉字是充满智慧的语言符号,是世界上唯一一种从古代一直演变过来而没有间断过的文字。它是一种象征性文字体系,由于年代久远,历经演变、简化,很多汉字的具体产生来源已无从考证,但一些古代陶瓷雕塑的形态设计却能帮助我们更好的了解文字本源。本文从汉代典型陶器"陶猪舍"与汉字"豪"之间的形态设计关系举例,从新视角解读文字设计的本源,以期为传统文化研究提供更多的思路和广度。

Chinese character is a kind of language symbol full of wisdom. It is the only kind of character in the world that has evolved from ancient times without interruption. It is a symbolic writing system. Due to its long history, evolution and simplification, the specific origin of many Chinese characters cannot be verified. However, the morphological design of some ancient ceramic sculptures can help us better understand the origin of characters. The article takes the morphological design relationship between Pottery Pigsty in the Han dynasty and Chinese Character " Hao " as an example, and interprets the origin of textual design from a new perspective in order to provide more ideas and breadth for the study of traditional culture.
