A Preliminary Study on the Frontier of Odd Jobs Economy

介绍了零工经济的概念,从劳动力市场的供给面与需求面两个角度分析了零工经济产生的原因,剖析了零工经济所面临的挑战,最后从劳动者、企业、平台和政府四维度提出了发展建议,以期更好地促进零工经济长远、有效、健康发展,为我国的经济发展赋能。

This paper analyzes the concept of the fractional labor economy, the causes of the fractional labor economy are analyzed from the supply and demand sides of the labor market, and then the challenges of the fractional labor economy are analyzed. Finally, we put forward some development suggestions from workers, enterprises, platforms and government to better promote the long-term, effective and healthy development of the casual labor economy and empower the economic development of China.
