摘要
伴随经济跃进式的发展,产品类别日益增多,产品批量越来越小,这对于很多中小企业来说,缩短产品生产时间,减少生产成本,加强产品质量是获得核心竞争优势的最主要关键。现阶段,由于3D打印和逆向工程技术的应用范围十分广泛,如已涉及到建筑、汽车等领域,而在儿童玩具方面应用较少。因此,通过对3D打印技术、熔融沉积成型原理及应用趋势进行阐述,基于3D打印与逆向工程,主要以儿童玩具汽车为例,探讨3D打印和逆向技术在该产品中的应用。
Along with economic leapfrogging,product categories are increasing and product batches are getting smaller,which is the most important key for many SMEs to shorten product production time,reduce production cost and enhance product quality to gain core competitive advantage.At this stage,as the application of 3D printing and reverse engineering technology is very wide,such as has been involved in the construction,automotive and other fields,and less in the application of children’s toys.Therefore,by elaborating on 3D printing technology,fused deposition molding principles and application trends,we will discuss the application of 3D printing and reverse engineering technology in this product based on 3D printing and reverse engineering,mainly taking children’s toy cars as an example.
