摘要
目前LWD随钻测井仪器在钻井作业中应用广泛,和贴壁式结构相比,悬挂式结构的LWD仪器存在维护保养繁琐、冲蚀严重、抗振性差、稳定性差,使用成本高等弊端。因此,基于ABAQUS对贴壁式电阻率进行了有限元分析,通过分析确定了贴壁式最大应力出现的位置,并进行了强度校核,为贴壁式电阻率的推广应用奠定了基础。
LWD is widely used in drilling operations.LWD instruments of 6.75 Hughes and above from Schlumberger,Baker Hughes and Halliburton have been switched to wall construction, while domestic manufacturers are currently mainly using suspension structures.Compared with the attached wall type structure, the LWD instrument of the suspension type structure has the disadvantages of cumbersome maintenance, serious erosion, poor vibration resistance,poor stability, and high use cost.This paper performs finite element analysis of adherent resistivity based on ABAQUS,determines the position of maximum stress, and performs strength correction, laying the foundation for the generalized application of adherent resistivity.
