生态文明战略下阳泉市矿业遗产保护与开发研究

Research on the Protection and Development of Mining Heritage in Yangquan under the Strategy of Ecological Civilization

素有"煤铁之乡"的阳泉市,曾为全国经济协调发展做出了巨大贡献。但近年来由于煤炭资源枯竭、煤炭市场低迷、产业结构调整等多重因素的影响,导致阳泉市矿业企业步履维艰,转型发展已迫在眉睫、势在必行。已经关闭的矿业企业如何在生态文明战略下进行保护与开发,成为社会各界关注的焦点。以生态文明战略为指引,阳泉市矿业遗产保护与开发工作具有非常重要的意义。通过对矿业遗产保护与开发中存在的问题进行分析,结合实际情况并借鉴国内外的成功经验,提出了矿业遗产保护与开发的具体路径,为阳泉市资源型经济转型发展蹚出一条新路。

Known as the"land of coal and iron",Yangquan has made great contributions to the coordinated development of the national economy.However,in recent years,due to the exhaustion of coal resources,the depression of coal market,the adjustment of industrial structure and other factors,the transformation and development of mining enterprises in Yangquan is imminent and imperative,how to protect and develop the closed mining enterprises under the strategy of ecological civilization has become the focus of attention from Various sectors of the community.Taking the protection and development of mining heritage in Yangquan as the research object and the strategy of ecological civilization as the guide,this paper points out the significance and existing problems of the protection and development of mining heritage in Yangquan,this paper puts forward the concrete path of the protection and development of mining heritage,which provides a new way for the transformation and development of Yangquan’s resource-based economy.
