基于CRH-5型动车组牵引辅助变流器风机端盖异音故障的强度分析

摘要 为了解决风机在运行过程中出现的异音问题,基于CRH-5型动车组牵引辅助变流器风机传动端端盖的结构与受力情况进行异音故障分析,并应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件进行强度分析验证,发现方案2端盖由于产生的应力与变形大,在长时间运行后出现变形、发生故障的概率较大。 In order to solve the heterodyne problem of the fan during operation,the heterodyne fault analysis was carried out based on the structure and stress of the end cover of the drive end of the CRH-5 traction auxiliary converter fan,and the strength analysis was verified by applying ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,and it was found that the end cover of option 2 has a higher probability of deformation and failure after a long period of operation due to the large stress and deformation generated.The probability of failure is higher.
