全方位叙事护理对2型糖尿病患者心理状态和自护能力的影响

Impact of all-round narrative nursing on psychological states and self-care ability of type 2 diabetes

目的评价全方位叙事护理在2型糖尿病患者中的运用效果。方法采用方便抽样法选取62例糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表分为试验组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组采用常规出院指导和随访,试验组在此基础上加用全方位叙事护理,干预时间为2个月,干预前后评价2组患者的心理状况和自护能力。结果干预后试验组的糖尿病接纳与行动水平、自我超越能力和自护能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位叙事护理可提升2型糖尿病患者的接纳与行动水平、自我超越能力和自护能力,值得临床参考借鉴。

Objective To explore the impact of all-round narrative nursing in type 2 diabetes.Methods Selected 62 patients with diabetes from October 2020 to January 2021,and divided into experimental group and control group randomly.The control group accepted general education and follow-up,while the experimental group accepted all-round narrative nursing.Compared the ability of acceptance and action,the self-transcendence as well as the self-management before and after intervention.Results The ability of acceptance and action,the self-transcendence as well as the self-management in experimental group were higher than the control group,both these difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The all-round narrative nursing can effectively improve the ability of acceptance and action and,the self-transcendence as well as the self-management in type 2 diabetes.
