综合护理干预在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇中的应用效果观察

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的探究综合护理干预在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—12月期间在沈阳市妇幼保健院接受诊疗的100例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组接受常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,对比2组孕妇的分娩结局(顺产、难产、剖宫产)、胎儿不良结局(胎儿窘迫、胎儿生长受限、新生儿窒息、新生儿死亡)以及护理前后血压状况。结果观察组孕妇顺产率高于对照组,难产率、剖宫产低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇胎儿不良结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组护理前舒张压、收缩压对比无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后2组舒张压、收缩压均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇中的应用效果显著,可有效改善血压水平,优化分娩结局,保障母婴健康,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy who were treated in Shenyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The delivery outcome(spontaneous labor,dystocia,cesarean section),fetal adverse outcomes(fetal distress,fetal growth restriction,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal death)and blood pressure before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The spontaneous delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the dystocia rate and cesarean section rate were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse fetal outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups after nursing The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is significant,which can effectively improve the blood pressure level of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,optimize the delivery outcome,reduce the incidence of adverse fetal,and ensure the health and safety of mother and infant,which is worthy of promotion and application.
