手术室责任制护理对肠癌患者手术效果与mRNA表达水平的影响

The effect of responsibility system nursing in the operating room on the surgical effect and mRNA expression level of patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨手术室责任制护理在肠癌手术患者中的应用效果及对mRNA表达水平的影响。方法选取廉江市人民医院收治的肠癌手术患者84例(2018年6月—2020年1月),通过随机数字表法将其分为2组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合手术室责任制护理,比较2组手术指标、mRNA水平、自我效能、满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、肠道恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-12、IL-8、IL-6、IL-2、TNF-α的mRNA表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我效能高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室责任制护理用于肠癌手术患者中能减轻手术创伤,提高自我效能及满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of responsible nursing in operating room for patients undergoing bowel cancer surgery and its influence on mRNA expression level.Methods A total of 84 patients undergoing bowel cancer surgery(June 2018-January 2020)admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing care,and the observation group was combined with operating room responsible care based on the control group.The effect of the two groups was evaluated 7 days after the operation,and the surgical indicators,mRNA levels,self-efficacy,satisfaction and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intestinal recovery time,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);IL-12,IL-8,IL-6,IL-2,TNF-in the observation group The mRNA expression levels ofαfactors were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the self-efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the study group had fewer complications In the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Responsible nursing in operating room can reduce surgical trauma,improve patient self-efficacy and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It is worthy of promotion and application.
