Evaluation of the effect of Roy adaptation model combined with situational teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching

摘要 目的探究儿科护理教学中Roy适应模式配合情景教学法的应用效果。方法选取2019级55名护生为对照组,在儿科护理教学中采用传统教学法;选取2020级58名护生为观察组,在儿科护理教学中采用Roy适应模式配合情景教学法。教学结束后,制定试题考核2组护生理论知识,通过模拟演练的方式进行操作能力考核,自制综合学习能力测量表对2组护生的学习能力进行评价,采用评判性思维能力(中文版)测量量表(CTDI-CV)对2组护生的批判性思维能力进行评价,同时对2组护生行教学方式满意度调查。结果观察组护生理论知识、操作能力成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生临床思维能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力、团队合作能力、沟通能力、自主学习能力评分高于对照组;观察组教学总满意度为93.10%,高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理教学中Roy适应模式配合情景教学法的应用效果理想,可提高护生学习成绩、综合学习能力、批判性思维能力与教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of Roy adaptation model and situational teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods 55 nursing students of grade 2019 were selected as the control group.Traditional teaching methods were used in pediatric nursing teaching,and 58 nursing students of grade 2020 were selected as observation group.Roy adaptation model and situational teaching method were used in pediatric nursing teaching.After the teaching,Formulate test questions to assess the theoretical knowledge of the two groups of nursing students,conduct operational ability assessments through simulation exercises,make a comprehensive learning ability measurement table to evaluate the learning ability of the two groups of nursing students,and use the critical thinking ability(Chinese version)measurement table(CTDI-CV)scale evaluates the critical thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students.At the same time,the two groups of nursing students conduct a satisfaction survey of teaching methods,and compare the results of the two groups of surveys.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation ability of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of clinical thinking ability,problem analysis ability,problem solving ability,teamwork ability,communication ability and autonomous learning ability of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The total satisfaction with teaching in the observation group was 93.10%,higher than 72.73%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Roy adaptation model combined with the situational teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching has an ideal application effect,which can improve nursing students'academic performance,comprehensive learning ability,critical thinking ability and teaching style satisfaction.
