摘要
随着人们生活水平的提升,人们对于美的追求越来越高,美容逐渐成为人们尤其是女性的生活必备。本文以A美容会所为案例,从企业的产品现状、市场现状、价格现状等方面着手分析,并且调查了该会所的顾客满意度以及员工的工作状态,通过有效分析,为该会所提出行之有效的营销策略,以实现企业目标,进而为遇到同类问题的企业提供一些借鉴。
With the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s pursuit of beauty is getting higher and higher.Beauty has gradually become a necessity for people,especially for women.This paper analyzes the product status,market status and price status of the enterprise taking A Beauty Club as an example,investigates the customer satisfaction degree of the club and the working status of employees.Through effective analysis,this paper puts forward effective marketing strategies for the club to achieve the enterprise goals.Then,it can be used for reference by enterprises with similar problems.
