摘要
2020年9月,习近平总书记在第七十五届联合国大会上宣布中国2030年实现"碳达峰",2060年实现"碳中和"目标以来,如何推动绿色发展、实现"碳中和"已成为当前国内各项政策的主要着力点之一。面对这场颠覆性的能源革命和经济转型,商业银行势必会面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。本文从提出"碳达峰、碳中和"的背景谈起,指出商业银行在此过程中面临的主要机遇和挑战,并从商业银行角度提出了若干建议。
Since President Xi Jinping announced that China will achieve "carbon peak" in 2030 and "carbon neutralization" in 2060 at the 75th Session of the UN General Assembly, how to promote green development to achieve carbon neutrality has become one of the main focuses of the current domestic policies. Facing this subversive energy revolution and economic transformation, commercial banks are bound to face great opportunities and challenges.Starting from the background of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization", this paper points out the main opportunities and challenges faced by commercial banks in this process, and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of commercial banks.
