高校国际贸易专业创业创新人才培养改革探讨

On the Reform of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Talents Cultivation of International Trade Major in Colleges and Universities

国际经济政治环境的变化,对国际贸易人才创业创新能力培养提出新要求。为了适应市场变化,高校人才培养需要改革。本文首先阐释了创业创新人才的能力,包括学习思考能力、创业创新能力。其次,根据创业创新人才的能力要求,对培养方案的修订、创业创新的人才培养实践教学改革以及师资培养作出详细说明。本文的贡献主要在于:第一,解读了国际贸易创业创新人才的能力构成;第二,提出了实践教学体系的三个模块;第三,强调了竞赛模块在创业创新能力人才培养中的重要性和功能。

The change of international economic and political environment puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of entrepreneurship and innovation ability of international trade talents.In order to adapt to the market changes,university personnel cultivation needs reform.This paper first explains the ability of entrepreneurial and innovative talents,including learning and thinking,entrepreneurial and innovative.Secondly,according to the ability requirements of entrepreneurial and innovative talents,this paper elaborates the revision of the cultivation plan,the practice teaching reform of entrepreneurial and innovative talents cultivation,and the cultivation of teachers.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:first,it interprets the ability composition of international trade entrepreneurship and innovation talents;secondly,three modules of practical teaching system are put forward;thirdly,it emphasizes the importance and function of competition module in the cultivation of entrepreneurial and innovative talents.
