石墨烯防腐涂料在水利水电工程环境中的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国的水利水电工程多数位于高湿多雨的气候环境中,钢结构长时间暴露在高湿多雨的环境中容易发生腐蚀。施涂防腐蚀涂料一直是水利水电工程防止钢结构腐蚀的主要措施。该研究选用石墨烯防腐涂料配套体系与常规防腐涂料配套体系,结合三峡水电站的气候环境条件,在干湿交替、浸水、大气暴晒、潮湿和高盐度五个环境下对两种涂料配套体系进行性能对比。研究结果显示,石墨烯防腐涂层的性能整体优于常用的普通防腐涂层,可以满足水利水电工程中新造或者修补钢结构时防腐的要求。 Most of the water conservancy and hydropower projects in China are located in the high wet and rainy climate environment.Steel structures exposed to the high wet and rainy environment for a long time are prone to corrosion.Applying anticorrosive coatings has always been the main measure to prevent corrosion of steel structures in water conservancy and hydropower projects.In this paper,the graphene anticorrosive coating matching system and the conventional anticorrosive coating matching system are selected,combined with the climate and environmental conditions of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station,and the performance of the two kinds of coating matching systems is compared in fi ve environments,namely,dry-wet alternate,water immersion,atmospheric exposure,humidity and high salinity.The results show that the performance of graphene anticorrosive coating is better than the common anticorrosive coating,which can meet the anticorrosive requirements of newly built or repaired steel structures in water conservancy and hydropower projects.
