摘要
为了研究自主研发的新型HPD温拌剂对高粘沥青性能的作用效果,考察了HPD掺量为0%、1.8%、2.0%、2.2%对高粘改性沥青的高低温性能、粘温特性、破坏温度及其微观结构的影响,并以掺量为2.0%的Sasobit温拌高粘沥青作为对比。实验结果表明:HPD温拌剂加入后可以提高沥青的高温特性,且效果要好于同掺量的Sasobit温拌剂;相较于传统温拌剂,HPD温拌剂可起到减缓高粘沥青低温特性损伤的作用;同时达到改善高粘沥青施工和易性的效果,其拌合压实温度降低10℃左右;此外,该温拌剂的加入促进了SBS改性剂在沥青中的溶胀,进而改善了沥青的各项性能。综合考虑实验结果,推荐HPD温拌剂的合理掺量为2.0%~2.2%。
In order to study the effect of a new type of HPD warm mix on the properties of high-viscosity asphalt,the effects of 0%,1.8%,2.0%and 2.2%HPD on the high and low temperature properties,viscose-temperature characteristics,failure temperature and microstructure of HPD modified asphalt were investigated,and the Sasobit warm mix asphalt with 2.0%was used as a comparison.The experimental results show that the addition of HPD warm mixture can improve the high temperature characteristics of asphalt,and the effect is better than that of the same amount of Sasobit warm mixture.Compared with traditional warm mixing agent,HPD warm mixing agent can slow down the damage of low temperature characteristics of high viscosity asphalt.At the same time,it can improve the workability of high viscous asphalt construction,and its mixing compaction temperature can be reduced by about 10℃.In addition,the addition of the warm mixing agent can promote the swelling of SBS modifier in asphalt,thus improving the properties of asphalt.Considering experimental results,it is recommended that the reasonable dosage of HPD warm mixture is 2.0%~2.2%.
