碳纤维的表面化学镀及其在青铜器纹样中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了将碳纤维应用于青铜器纹样中,采用化学镀的方法在碳纤维表面制备了化学镀镍层和化学镀铜层,研究了碳纤维表面预处理、化学镀镍和化学镀铜对碳纤维表面形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明,热脱脂处理后碳纤维表面粗糙度增加,凹槽数量增多且深度相对商业碳纤维有所加深;粗化处理后碳纤维表面凹槽模糊化,表面粗糙度增加的同时凹槽棱角有所钝化;表面镀铜和镀镍碳纤维表面都较为洁净,且化学镀已经成功将Cu和Ni镀覆在碳纤维表面,化学镀镍层和化学镀铜层厚度分别约为400nm和410nm;化学镀镍碳纤维的抗拉强度相对除胶后碳纤维和粗化后碳纤维有所降低,但是断后伸长率和断面收缩率有所增加,化学镀铜碳纤维的抗拉强度相对最小。 In order to apply carbon fiber to bronze patterns,electroless nickel plating and electroless copper plating were prepared on the surface of carbon fiber by electroless plating.The effects of carbon fiber surface pretreatment,electroless nickel plating and electroless copper plating on the surface morphology and mechanical properties of carbon fiber were studied.The results show that after thermal degreasing treatment,the surface roughness of carbon fiber increases,the number of grooves increases,and the depth is deeper than that of commercial carbon fiber;After roughening treatment,the grooves on the surface of carbon fiber are blurred,and the edges and corners of the grooves are passivated while the surface roughness increases;The surface of carbon fiber coated with copper and nickel is relatively clean,and Cu and Ni have been successfully coated on the surface of carbon fiber by electroless plating.The thickness of electroless nickel coating and electroless copper coating are about 400 nm and 410 nm respectively.The tensile strength of electroless nickel plated carbon fiber is lower than that of degummed carbon fiber and coarsened carbon fiber,but the elongation and area shrinkage after fracture are increased,and the tensile strength of electroless copper plated carbon fiber is relatively minimum.
