摘要
CuSe_(2)微纳米晶具有独特的光电特性而受到广泛关注。本文通过微波辅助多元醇介种生长法控制一系列条件制备出十四面体的CuSe_(2)微纳米晶,并研究其生长过程以及电极反应过程动力学。产物制备结果表明:PVP的用量,TETA的用量,反应温度均对CuSe_(2)微纳米晶的形貌有显著的影响;电化学结果表明:CuSe_(2)电极在Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液中的电化学动力学过程以表面吸附控制为主。
CuSe_(2) micronanocrystals have attracted much attention due to their unique photoelectric properties.In this paper,tetrahedral micronanocrystals of CuSe_(2) were prepared by microwave-assisted polyol medium growth under a series of conditions,and the growth process and the kinetics of the electrode reaction were studied.The results show that the amount of PVP,the amount of TETA and the reaction temperature have a significant effect on the morphology of CuSe_(2) nanocrystals,and the electrochemical results show that the chemical kinetics process of CuSe_(2) electrode in Na_(2)SO_(4) solution is mainly controlled by surface adsorption.
