摘要 针对普通涤纶与羊毛纤维混纺织物易产生静电,继而影响织物的外观、穿着舒适性和安全性等问题,选择了以丝光羊毛为主体、小比例导电纤维与天丝及涤纶混纺开发精梳混纺毛纱。通过合理选配各组分原料的细度,确保了各组分纤维在纱线内的合理分布,使产品质量和性能得到进一步优化提升;通过增加复精梳、前纺的混条和针梳道数,改进混纺方法,配置先进的生产设备,优化各工序主要工艺参数,提高了混纺原料的混合均匀度和纤维的伸直平行度,改善了混纺纺纱过程中缠绕现象,解决了织物穿着过程中的静电吸灰等问题。为未来抗静电功能性纺织品的设计开发奠定了基础。 In order to solve the problems of static electricity of ordinary polyester and wool blended fabric,which will affect the appearance,comfort and safety of the fabric,mercerized wool was selected as the main body,and blended with small proportion of conductive fiber,tencel and polyester fiber.By selecting and matching the fineness of each component,the reasonable distribution of each component fiber in the yarn is ensured,and the product quality and performance are further optimized and improved.The blended method was improved by adding mix and gilling number in recombing and drawing process,the advanced production equipment and the main process parameters were optimized,the uniformity of blending materials and fiber straightness and parallelism were improved,and the winding phenomenon in the process of blended yarn was improved,the problems of electrostatic absorption in the wearing process was solved,which lays a foundation for the design and development of antistatic functional textiles in the future.
