茶色素对羊毛织物的染色效果

Dyeing effect of tea pigment on wool fabric

为了研究茶色素染色的效果,为茶色素的应用提供参考,以羊毛织物为染材,通过直接染色和媒染染色2种方法进行染色工艺研究。探讨了茶色素直接染色时染色工艺参数以及茶色素染色的色域和硫酸亚铁媒染的染色效果。研究结果表明:直接染色最佳染色温度为90℃,pH值为4时得色最深;浴比1∶50,染色温度90℃,染色时间50 min,pH值为中性条件下直接染色时,初期染色K/S值随茶色素用量的提高而提高,茶色素质量浓度达10 g/L时,得色接近饱和;茶色素染色可获得黄、棕、蓝黑等多种颜色;皂洗会引起直接染色和硫酸亚铁媒染染色试样的色光变化,硫酸亚铁媒染可提高茶色素染色的耐皂洗色牢度。

In order to study the dyeing effect of tea pigment and provide reference for its application,the dyeing process of wool fabric was studied by direct and mordant methods.The process parameters,gamut of direct dyeing method and the dyeing effect of ferrous sulfate mordant dyeing method were discussed.The results show that the best temperature for direct dyeing is 90℃,and the deepest color is obtained at pH 4;When the bath ratio is 1∶50,the temperature is 90℃,the time is 50 min,and the pH is neutral,the initial dyeing K/S value increases with the increase of tea concentration.When the tea concentration reaches 10 g/L,the color is close to saturation.A variety of colors such as yellow,brown,blue-black can be obtained by dyeing with tea pigment;Soaping will cause the color light changes of the samples dyed by direct and ferrous sulfate mordant dyeing method.Ferrous sulfate mordant dyeing can improve the soaping fastness of tea pigment dyeing.
