摘要
教学督导对保证正常的教学秩序和提高教学质量具有重要的意义,本文从教学督导队伍建设、督教关系、督导机制、督导反馈、督导工作形式、评价标准等六个方面分析了教学督导工作中存在的问题,提出了强化督导队伍建设,督导结合、以导为主,改革现有督导机制,建立定期督导通报制度,延展督导范围、丰富督导工作形式,制定科学合理的评价标准等改革措施。这些措施对提升教学质量,促进教学改革,保证教学运行秩序和提高教学质量具有重要的作用。
Teaching supervision is of great significance to ensure the normal teaching order and improve the teaching quality.This paper analyzes the problems in teaching supervision from six aspects:the construction of teaching supervision team,the supervision relationship,the supervision mechanism,the supervision feedback,the supervision work form and the evaluation standard,and proposes to strengthen the construction of the supervision team,combine supervision and instruction together,led by instruction,and reform the existing supervision the mechanism,the establishment of regular supervision and notification system,the extension of supervision scope,the enrichment of supervision forms,the formulation of scientific and reasonable evaluation standards and other improvement measures,improve the quality of teaching,promote teaching reform,to ensure the order of teaching operation and improve the quality of teaching.
