摘要
不确定度作为表征测量结果的一种形式,意味着对测量结果的可信度或有效性的怀疑程度。在实际测量中,由于测量人员、工具或者外界因素的影响,导致测量结果以一定规律分散在特定的区域。不确定度是说明被测量之值分散性的重要参数。本文主要讨论光栅式指示表检定仪的不确定度评定,通过分析其主要误差来源而得到不确定度,从而为指示表类量具的检定提供了可靠性依据。
As a form of characterization of measurement results,uncertainty means the degree of doubt about the reliability or validity of measurement results.In actual measurement,due to the influence of measurement personnel,tools or external factors,the measurement results are dispersed in a certain rule in a specific area.Uncertainty is an important parameter to explain the dispersion of measured values.This paper mainly discusses the uncertainty evaluation of the raster type indicator verification instrument,and obtains the uncertainty by analyzing the main error sources,so as to provide the reliability basis for the verification of the indicator measuring instrument.
