红阳猕猴桃不同栽培模式的果实差异研究

Differences in fruit performance of Hongyang kiwifruit in rain-shelter and open-field cultivation

研究避雨和露地两种栽培条件下,红阳猕猴桃果实生长发育和果实品质的表现。结果表明,两种栽培条件下的红阳猕猴桃果实生长发育规律基本一致,都经历快速生长期、缓慢生长期和停滞生长期;果实纵横径随果实大小的变化而变化;避雨栽培的果实可溶性固形物含量、可溶性总糖含量、总酸含量、维生素C含量、氨基酸含量等品质指标均比露地栽培的低,但糖酸比和干物质含量比露地栽培的高。

The growth,development and performance of fruit quality of Hongyang cultivated in rain-shelter and open-field condition were studied.The results showed that the growth and development of Hongyang kiwifruit under the two cultivation conditions were basically the same,which experienced fast growth stage,slow growth stage and stagnant growth stage.The vertical and horizontal diameter of the fruit changed roughly with the change of fruit size.The fruit soluble solid content(SSC),solubility total sugar,total acid,vitamin C,amino acid and other qualities of the rain-shelter cultivation were lower than that of the open-field cultivation,but the sugar and acid ratio and dry matter were higher than that of the open-field cultivation.
