海底管道节点内部液态环氧涂层的施工

摘要 液态环氧涂层SP-9888具有良好的耐化学腐蚀特性、高耐磨性、优秀的抗冲击性能、可获得较厚涂层等优点,可实现由计算机控制的自动化喷涂。液态环氧自动化喷涂是一种高技术含量的海底管道铺设节点内部防腐工艺,本文介绍了液态环氧涂层各施工环节的要点,包括表面处理、焊后表面检查、表面清扫、液体环氧涂料(LE,Liquid Epoxy)喷涂、涂层检查等;介绍了使用的主要设备有磨料喷砂设备、焊道内部外观检查设备、内防腐小车等;对该工艺的进一步优化提出了建议。 Liquid expoxy(LE) coating SP-9888 has good corrosion resistance, high abrasion resistance, excellent impact resistance and can form a high build coating system. This liquid coating material is suitable for automatic coating application controlled by computer. The LE automatic coating process is a high-tech application for internal area of subsea pipeline field joints. In this article, main steps of LE coating process are introduced, including surface treatment, surface inspection after welding, surface cleaning, LE spraying and coating inspection, etc. Meanwhile, some coating-relted facilities including abrasive blasting equipment, internal surface inspection instrument and internal coating machine, etc. are introduced. The proposals for process optimization are given accordingly.
