摘要
调查分析了阴极电泳槽液表面泛红事故,排除了槽液参数、人为破坏、设备影响、过滤袋材质、槽液生菌等一系列因素的影响,事故是由两个因素(即特殊结构商务车电泳和过滤袋)造成的,并提出了相应的解决方案,同时也提出了一些如何改善客车电泳质量的建议。
The surface redness accident of cathodic electrophoresis tank liquid was investigated. A series of factors including parameters of tank liquid, artificial damage, equipment influence,filter bag material and bacteria in tank liquid are excluded. It is found that the accident is caused by two factors such as electrophoresis for commercial vehicle with special structure and filter bag involved in. The solutions are then put forward accordingly. Meanwhile, some suggestions to quality improvement of bus electrophoresis are given.
