96.5/3.5型羟烷基酰胺体系粉末涂料用聚酯合成及性能研究

摘要 通过研究多官能度单体的用量,并使用乙基丁基丙二醇(BEPD)与饱和六元环结构1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)进行聚酯合成,结果表明,CHDM用量为4.5%,BEPD用量为7.1%,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)用量为0.6%时,制备的96.5/3.5型羟烷基酰胺粉末涂层具有较好的机械性能、耐丁酮擦拭、贮存稳定性和优异的耐水煮性能;扫描电子显微镜结果表明,自合成聚酯制备的粉末涂层具有优异的流平性能。 The effect of multifunctional monomers on the synthesis of polyester resins is studied.The polyester resins are synthesized from BEPD and CHDM.The test results show that the prepared 96.5/3.5 hydroxyalkylamide powder coating has good mechanical properties,butanone wipe resistance,storage stability and excellent water resistance when the dosage of CHDM,BEPD and TMP is 4.5%,7.1% and 0.6% respectively.The scanning electron microscope results show that the powder coating prepared by self-synthesized polyester has excellent leveling properties.
