基于仲景伤寒体系探讨流行性结膜炎的证治

Discussion on syndrome differentiation and treatment of epidemic conjunctivitis based on Typhoid System of ZHANG Zhongjing

东汉末年,建安瘟疫流行,张仲景撰写了治疗外感热病集大成的《伤寒杂病论》,建立伤寒体系,为诊疗一切外感热病提出了纲领性的法则。流行性结膜炎是许多传染病的早期表现,多以畏光、流泪、异物感为主,伴少量分泌物,易被忽视,拖延治疗时间。本病的提早预防,能够减轻脏器感染,提高患者视力和生活质量。《伤寒杂病论》虽未就眼病方面进行专篇论述,但其中有多处涉及眼病的描述,如目赤、面目浮肿、目泣自出等。本文从伤寒体系梳理与解析流行性结膜炎的发病规律,辨证特点,治疗方法等方面,以丰富《伤寒杂病论》在外感热病研究方面的学术价值与意义。

At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty,the plague was prevalent in Jian'an.ZHANG Zhongjing wrote a comprehensive treatise on Shanghan Zabing Lun for the treatment of exogenous febrile diseases,which established Typhoid System,and put forward programmatic rules for the diagnosis and treatment of all exogenous febrile diseases.Epidemic conjunctivitis is the early manifestation of many infectious diseases,mainly featured by photophobia,tears and foreign body sensation,accompanied by a small amount of secretions,which is easy to be ignored,thus delaying the treatment time.Early prevention of the disease can reduce organ infection and improve patients'vision and quality of life.Although Shanghan Zabing Lun does not have a special discussion on eye diseases,there are many descriptions of them,such as red eyes,swollen faces,overflowing tears and so on.This paper combs and analyzes the pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation characteristics and treatment methods of epidemic conjunctivitis from Typhoid System,so as to enrich the academic value and significance of Shanghan Zabing Lun in the study of exogenous febrile diseases.
