东北三省产鼠掌老鹳草有效成分含量分析

Analysis of effective components in Geranium wilfordii Maxim.of three northeast provences

目的对鼠掌老鹳草中起抗菌作用的有效成分总黄酮、没食子酸,止泻作用的有效成分总鞣质进行含量测定并分析,为接下来开发和合理应用该植物提供理论数据。方法采用紫外分光光度法、鞣质含量测定法和高效液相色谱法分别对鼠掌老鹳草的总黄酮、总鞣质、没食子酸进行含量测定。结果东北地区不同产地鼠掌老鹳草总黄酮含量范围为0.15%~0.29%;总鞣质含量范围为1.36%~2.54%;没食子酸含量范围为0.029%~0.255%。结论通过上述三种方法进行含量测定,结果稳定,可靠,重复性较好。

Objective The contents of total flavonoids,gallic acid and total tannin in Geranium wilfordii Maxim.were determined and analyzed,so as to provide theoretical data for the next development and rational application of the plant.Methods The contents of total flavonoids,total tannins and gallic acid of Geranium wilfordii Maxim.were determined by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry,tannin measuring process and high performance liquid chromatography.Results The content of total flavonoids in Geranium wilfordii Maxim.from different habitats in Northeast China ranged from 0.15%to 0.29%;The content of total tannin ranged from 1.36%to 2.54%;The content of gallic acid ranges from 0.029%to 0.255%.Conclusion The experimental results are stable,reliable and reproducible.
