基于医院视角的医疗新技术临床应用准入问题及对策分析

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Admittance of New Medical Technology in Clinical Application from the Perspective of Hospital

医疗新技术临床应用准入作为医疗技术临床应用管理的重要组成部分,对保证医疗技术合法、合理的临床应用具有关键性作用,但在准入管理的具体实践过程中仍存在一些问题。本文主要针对医疗新技术在临床应用准入过程中存在的范围不明确、仅凭经验决策、配套要素衔接不顺畅、缺乏伦理审查标准等问题进行分析,提出规范医疗新技术范围、开展医院卫生技术评估、健全多部门间沟通协作机制、加强医学伦理审查分类管理等措施,以期为其他医疗机构科学开展医疗新技术临床应用准入提供参考依据。

As an important part of medical technology clinical application management,new medical technology clinical application admittance plays a key role in ensuring legal and reasonable clinical application of medical technology.However,there are some problems in the practical process of admittance management.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the process of medical new technology's clinical application admittance,such as unclear scope of new medical technology,decision-making just relying on experience,unsmooth connection of supporting elements and lack of ethical review standards,and puts forward some meas-ures,such as standardizing the scope of new medical technology,carrying out hospital-based health technology assessment,improving the communication and cooperation mechanism among departments concerned,and strengthening the classified management of medical ethical review.This paper can provide references for other medical institutions to carry out scientific medical new technology clinical application admittance.
