摘要
长螺旋压灌混凝土后插筋灌注桩施工工艺,使成孔、灌浆、下插钢筋笼、成桩一次完成,工效高、无污染,成为现阶段工程界常用的一种施工工艺,但是由于施工为隐蔽工程,以及受环境因素和人为因素的影响,此施工工艺成桩质量的控制成为困扰工程界的一道难题。以某智慧建筑产品研发及产业化基地工程长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土后插筋灌注桩为背景,分析提钻速度对成桩质量的影响。
Long spiral pre-pouring concrete and post-inserted reinforcement construction process makes hole forming,grouting,steel cage inserting and pile formation completed once,has high efficiency and no pollution,becomes a common construction process.But because the construction is hidden engineering,and affected by environmental factors and human factors,quality control of pile formed by the construction process has become a problem in the engineering field.The paper analyzes the effect of drilling speed on the pile quality with the background of cast-in-place pile with dowel bars after long spiral drilling and pressure grouting concrete.
