减小背栓孔底集中应力的专用连接件设计与有限元分析

摘要 通过陶瓷厚板背栓单点抗拉承载力与采用常规背栓连接件的陶瓷厚板整体抗弯承载力试验数据进行对比,并借助有限元分析方法分析单点抗拉与陶瓷厚板整体抗弯时的孔底应力,从而找到背栓孔底集中应力是造成背栓单点抗拉承载力下降的主要原因;介绍一种能改善背栓孔底集中应力的专用连接件设计,验证其改善孔底集中应力的有效性。 The single-point tensile bearing capacity of the ceramic thick plate back bolt is compared with the experimental data of the overall flexural bearing capacity of the ceramic thick plate using conventional back bolt connectors,and the single-point tensile strength and the overall resistance of the ceramic thick plate are analyzed by means of finite element analysis.The stress at the bottom of the hole at the time of bending is found to be the main reason that the concentrated stress at the bottom of the back bolt is the main reason for the drop in the single-point tensile bearing capacity of the back bolt.The paper introduces design of a special connector which can improve the concentrated stress at the bottom of back bolt hole to verify the effectiveness of improving the concentrated stress at the hole bottom.
