BIM实体模型在工程结构中的集成应用分析 被引量:3

ANALYSIS ON INTEGRATED APPLICATION OF BIM ENTITY MODEL IN ENGINEERING STRUCTURE

摘要 在工程应用中,BIM实体模型不同于3D表面模型,除几何信息外,更重要的是对用于数据与信息集成和数字化管理的非几何信息的精确描述。结合工程结构的三个应用领域,分析BIM实体模型的集成应用现状与存在问题。在结构安全检测与维护方面,BIM实体模型与点云表面模型相结合可以应用于既有建筑实时维护、基坑安全实时监测、施工进度自动监控以及古建筑维护与加固等。在预制构件质量控制方面,BIM实体模型与点云表面模型和RFID技术相结合,建立预制构件生产铭牌信息和构件"族"库信息,实现对预制构件制造与施工中的质量检测与评估。在抗震性能评估与优化设计方面,BIM实体模型与点云表面模型和损伤模型相结合,实现对震后结构关键构件、关键节点以及非结构构件的损伤模拟与性能评估,为结构的修复与加固提供优化设计方案。实体模型集成应用的方法和思路可为BIM在国内的有序发展和深层次应用提供参考。 In the engineering application,BIM entity model is different from 3 D facial model.In addition to the geometric information,the accurate description of non-geometric information in BIM plays an important role in the data and information integration and digital management.The present situation and existing problems of integrated application of the BIM entity model are summarized based on three application fields of engineering structure.In terms of structural safety detection and maintenance,the combination of BIM entity model and point cloud facial model can be applied to real-time maintenance of existing buildings,real-time monitoring of foundation pit safety,automatic monitoring of construction progress,and maintenance and reinforcement of ancient buildings,etc.In terms of quality control of prefabricated components,the BIM entity model is combined with point cloud facial models and RFID to establish manufacturing information and"family"library information for prefabricated components to achieve quality inspection and assessment in the manufacturing and construction process.In terms of seismic performance assessment and optimization design,the BIM entity model is combined with point cloud facial model and damage model to realize the damage simulation and performance assessment of the key components,key nodes and non-structural components of an earthquake-stricken structure,and to provide optimized design solutions for the structural repair and reinforcement.The methods of the integrated application of entity model can provide some references for the orderly development and in-depth application of BIM in China.
