城市群内企业创新投资是否存在联动效应——来自国家级城市群的证据

Whether Enterprise Innovation Investment has Linkage Effects in the Urban Agglomeration or Not——Evidence from National-Level Urban Agglomeration

作为最具研发活力的板块,城市群内不同企业之间的创新投资是否具有联动性呢?本文以国家级城市群中沪深A股上市的制造业和信息技术企业为样本,通过组合分组面板回归等实证方法得出城市群内不同行业的企业创新投资存在明显的联动性,且城市群中的核心城市(主导行业)对其他城市(其他行业)具有辐射带动效应。此外,这种联动性会进一步造成创新产出的联动,进而缩小城市群内发展差距。进一步研究发现,政商关系越亲清,城市群内企业创新投资的联动效应越明显;企业信息环境较好时,城市群内企业创新投资的联动性更强。

As the most dynamic segment in terms of R&D,does the innovation investment between different enterprises in the urban agglomeration have linkage?This paper uses the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed manufacturing and information technology enterprises in national-level urban agglomeration as samples.Through empirical methods such as combined grouping panel regression,it is concluded that there is a clear linkage between enterprise innovation investment in different industries in the urban agglomeration.The core cities(leading industries)in the urban agglomeration have a radiating and leading role for other cities(other industries).In addition,this linkage will further cause the linkage of innovation output,which in turn will narrow the development gap within the urban agglomeration.Further research found that when the relationship between government and business is clearer,the linkage effect of enterprise innovation investment in urban agglomeration is more obvious.When the enterprise information environment is better,the linkage effect of enterprise innovation investment in urban agglomeration is stronger.
