摘要
为探究后发企业在经济与技术发展不均衡的情境下如何成为行业领导者,本文以华为公司为研究对象,通过纵向单案例研究方法深入分析整合式创新范式下华为公司在组织警觉的支撑下从追赶到超越的全过程。基于华为公司1990—2019年的发展历程,通过纵向案例研究发现:在整合式创新范式下,后发企业以战略驱动全面创新、开放创新和协同创新有机联系,凭借敏锐的环境感知能力、精准的信息洞见能力、求索不止的创新理念,充分发挥其组织警觉能力以支撑企业内外部知识和资源的协调与整合,实现初始追赶至行业前沿的跨越。
In order to explore how latecomers can become industry leaders in the context of uneven economic and technological development,this article takes Huawei as the research object and conducts in-depth analysis through the vertical single case study method.Under the integrated innovation paradigm,Huawei relies on organizational vigilance to achieve the entire process from catching up to transcending.Based on the longitudinal case study on the development of Huawei's enterprise from 1990 to 2019,it is concluded that under the integrated innovation paradigm,latecomer companies use strategies to link comprehensive innovation,open innovation and collaborative innovation together.Latecomer companies realize the coordination and integration of internal and external knowledge and resources through the keen environmental awareness,precise information insight,innovative ideas that are endless and organizational vigilance.Eventually,latecomer companies have achieved a leap from initial catch-up to the forefront of the industry.
