恶心呕吐护理干预方法在急性白血病患儿化疗期的预防效果

Preventive effect of nursing intervention for nausea and vomiting in children with acute leukemia during chemotherapy

目的研究恶心呕吐护理干预方法在急性白血病患儿化疗期的预防效果。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区儿童血液科于2019年1月至2020年11月收治的62例急性白血病化疗期患儿作为研究对象,按照简单随机分组方法将其分为观察组(31例)与对照组(31例)。观察组患儿采用恶心呕吐护理干预方法,对照组患儿采用常规护理干预方法。比较两组患儿化疗期的恶心呕吐发生率、护理质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组患儿化疗期恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿化疗期护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患儿家属护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性白血病患儿在化疗期采用恶心呕吐护理干预方法的临床效果显著优于常规护理方法,可降低恶心呕吐发生率,提高护理质量评分、护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the preventive effect of nursing intervention methods for nausea and vomiting in children with acute leukemia during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 62 cases of children with acute leukemia chemotherapy treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,according to the simple randomized method,they were divided into the observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The observation group used the method of nausea and vomiting nursing intervention,the control group adopted routine nursing intervention.The incidence of nausea and vomiting,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during chemotherapy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of family members of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nausea and vomiting nursing intervention in children with acute leukemia during chemotherapy is significantly better than that of conventional nursing intervention,which can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting,improve nursing quality scores,and nursing satisfaction.It has clinical promotion value.
