柔情护理模式对急诊创伤患儿心理健康及生存质量的影响

Influence of tender nursing mode on mental health and quality of life of children with trauma in emergency department

目的分析和探讨柔情护理模式对急诊创伤患儿心理健康、生存质量及护患纠纷的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月苏州大学附属儿童医院急诊科收治的90例急诊创伤患儿,将2020年1月至9月接受常规急诊护理的45例作为对照组,2020年10月至2021年6月接受常规急诊护理联合柔情护理的45例作为观察组。测定并比较两组的心理健康、生存质量评分、护患纠纷总发生率。结果干预前两组的心理健康、生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组的心理健康评分低于干预前,生存质量评分高于干预前,且观察组的心理健康评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护患纠纷总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊创伤患儿护理中,柔情护理有助于改善患儿的心理健康水平,提升生存质量并降低护患纠纷发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of tender nursing mode on the mental health,quality of life and nurse-patient disputes of children with trauma in emergency department.Methods A total of 90 children with emergency trauma who were admitted to the the Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and 45 children who received routine emergency care from January to September 2020 were selected as control group,45 children who received routine emergency care combined with tender nursing from October 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group.The mental health scores,quality of life scores,and the total incidence of nurse-patient disputes were measured and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the mental health scores and quality of life scores of the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The mental health scores of the two groups after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention,and the quality of life scores were higher than those before the intervention,the mental health score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of children with trauma in emergency department,tender nursing can help improve their mental health,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
