美洲大蠊在免疫调节方面的研究进展

Research Progress on Immunoregulation of Periplaneta Americana

美洲大蠊是西南地区民间传统的中药材,已有2000多年的用药史。近年来,越来越多的学者致力于美洲大蠊的研究,成功将其制备成中药制剂,如康复新液、肝龙胶囊等,并应用到了临床上取得了良好的效果。美洲大蠊的抗肿瘤功效成为了现代学者研究的重点,而有研究表明其抗肿瘤作用可能与其对免疫功能的调节有关。本文就美洲大蠊近年来在免疫调节这一方面的研究进展进行综述,为今后美洲大蠊在免疫调节产品开发方面的应用提供参考。

Periplaneta Americana is a traditional Chinese medicine in Southwest China, which has been used for more than 2000 years. In recent years, more and more scholars have devoted themselves to the research of Periplaneta americana, and successfully prepared them into traditional Chinese medicine preparations,such as Kangfuxin Liquid, Ganlong Capsule, etc. which have been applied to clinical practice and achieved good results. The anti-tumor effect of Periplaneta americana has become the focus for modern scholars, and some studies have shown that its anti-tumor effect may be related to its regulation of immune function. In this paper, the research progress of immune regulation of Periplaneta americana in recent years is reviewed, which provides a reference for the application of Periplaneta americana in the development of immune regulation products in the future.
