摘要
分子印迹技术由于其优异性能而被应用于多个领域中,在大多数情况下,其目标对象为小分子,对于生物大分子的印迹研究仍属于少数,但已取得了初步的进展,证明了分子印迹技术在生物大分子的检测和富集方面具有良好发展态势。本文主要总结了分子印迹在蛋白质印迹中的研究进展,分别介绍分子印迹对藻蓝蛋白、人血清白蛋白和肿瘤细胞标志蛋白的应用,分析了分子印迹蛋白质技术存在的挑战,并对该项技术的发展进行了展望。
Molecular imprinting technology has been applied in many fields due to its excellent performance. In most cases, its target object is small molecules.The imprinting research of biological macromolecules is still a small number, but preliminary progress has been made, which proves Molecular imprinting technology has a good development trend in the detection and enrichment of biological macromolecules. This article mainly summarizes the research progress of molecular imprinting in western imprinting. It introduces the application of molecular imprinting to phycocyanin, human serum albumin and tumor cell marker proteins. The development of the company was prospected.
