摘要
目的:干燥剂包装材料是袋装干燥剂的主要材料,为防止在使用过程中包装破损导致干燥剂污染产品,经常采用穿刺强度衡量干燥剂包装材料的抗破损强度,因此需要用合适的检测方法对包装膜的耐穿刺性进行研究。方法:采用国内包装行业较为常用的国标法和国外ASTM的方法对不同的干燥剂包装材料进行测试。结果:用国标法和ASTM的方法测试有较大的区别,一般情况下用ASTM的方法测试数值比国标法数值大,当两种材料进行对比的时候,用国标法测试性能较为优异的产品,不代表用ASTM测试也同样优异。结论:在对干燥剂包装材料的耐穿刺性能进行评价时,ASTM的方法更能代表材料的耐穿刺性能。
Desiccant packaging material is the main material of bag desiccant to prevent desiccant pollution. The puncture strength was used to measure the damage resistance of desiccant packaging materials. It is necessary to study the puncture resistance of packaging film with appropriate testing methods. Different desiccant packaging materials were tested by national standard method commonly used in domestic packaging industry and foreign ASTM method. There is a big difference between national standard method and ASTM method. Generally, the value of ASTM method is larger than that of national standard method. When the two materials are compared, the products with excellent performance tested by national standard method do not mean that they are also excellent tested by ASTM.When evaluating the puncture resistance of desiccant packaging materials, ASTM method can better represent the puncture resistance of materials.
