摘要
城市污泥堆肥过程中,其内含的营养物质也在发生变化。本试验通过对污泥好氧堆肥过程中含水率、有机质含量、氮素含量、磷含量的变化进行研究,表明随着好氧堆肥的进行,堆料内营养物质处于动态变化过程中,在升温期内各参数变化不大;高温期内,含水率及有机质含量急剧下降,氮素含量及磷含量逐渐提高;堆肥后期含水率缓慢下降。总体而言,在一个好氧堆肥过程中,堆料内含水率及有机质含量大幅度下降,氮素含量及磷含量明显上升,终产物呈现的特点适用于作为肥料的原材料。
During the composting process of municipal sewage sludge, the nutrient contained in it are also changing. In this experiment, the changes of water content, organic matter content, nitrogen content and phosphorus content in aerobic composting of sludge were studied. The results showed that with the aerobic composting, nutrients in the pile are in a dynamic process, during the heating period, the parameters change little. During the high temperature period, the moisture content and organic matter content dropped sharply, and the nitrogen content and phosphorus content gradually increased. Moisture content decreases slowly in the later period of composting. Overall, in an aerobic composting process, the moisture content and organic matter content in the pile have been drastically reduced,nitrogen content and phosphorus content increased significantly, the characteristics of the final product are suitable for use as a raw material for fertilizer.
