Determination of 116 Volatile Organic Compounds in Ambient Air by Double Column Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Coupled with Pre Concentration in Summa Canister

摘要 建立了苏玛罐预浓缩-双柱气相色谱质谱法同时测定环境空气中116种挥发性有机物的方法,对分析方法的检出限、测定下限、精密度和准确度进行研究。结果表明116种挥发性有机物的检出限范围在0.1~1.0 nmol/mol之间,测定下限在0.4~4.0 nmol/mol之间。对低、中、高三种不同浓度的混合标准气体进行精密度测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.3%~28.1%之间。1.25 nmol/mol、2 nmol/mol、7 nmol/mol三种不同浓度的混合标准气体,测定结果与真值的偏差分别在-27.7%~29.6%、-29.7%~29.9%、-21.0%~24.6%之间。方法应用于城市环境空气中挥发性有机物的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.1%~28.2%之间。 Established a method for the simultaneous determination of 116 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in ambient air by double column gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) with pre concentration in summa canister. The detection limit, determination limit, precision and accuracy of the analytical method were studied. The results showed that the detection limits of 116 VOCs were in the range of 0.1~1.0 nmol/mol, and the determination limits were in the range of 0.4-4.0 nmol/mol. The precision of mixed standard gases with low, medium and high concentrations was determined. The results showed that the relative standard deviation(n=6) were between 0.3 % and 28.1 %. The deviation between the measured results and the true value of mixed standard gases with different concentrations of 1.25 nmol/mol, 2 nmol/mol and 7 nmol/mol were-27.7 %~29.6 %,-29.7 %~29.9 %,-21.0 %~24.6 % respectively. The method was applied to the determination of VOCs in urban ambient air. The relative standard deviation(n=6) of the determination results were between 0.1 % and 28.2 %.
