基于AGC伺服控制系统的平整机辊缝调零研究

摘要 主要对热轧平整机AGC压上缸的伺服控制系统进行辊缝调零和位置及轧制力标定的研究,通过对热轧平整机的功能、参数设计、工艺调试方法等方面的过程简析和讨论,实现在伺服系统的液电控制下精确完成辊缝调整及位置闭环和压力闭环的切换过程和程序要求,并采用matlab/simulink确定出了PID控制器中的参数。为热轧平整机AGC控制系统进一步改进和完善提供了基础性的参考数据。 This article mainly discusses the hot temper mill AGC pressure cylinder servo control system in the roll gap on zero and position and the research of rolling force calibration,based on the function of the hot rolling temper mill,parameter design,process and debugging method of process analysis and discussion,in under the control of liquid electric servo system how to roll gap adjustment is done accurately and the switching process of the position and pressure closed-loop and application requirements,and USES the matlab/simulink to determine the parameters of the PID controller. It provides basic reference data for further improvement and perfection of AGC control system of hot mill.
