摘要
在卷扬提升系统的设计中,减小钢丝绳的偏角,是减轻钢丝绳的磨损,保证钢丝绳整齐、有序地在卷筒上卷绕的重要因素。本文通过一系列计算、分析,讨论了若干种可以减小钢丝绳偏角的方法和措施,并对其优势和劣势进行了对比。对于卷扬机应用于大型游乐设施的一些特点也进行了讨论。对于卷扬提升系统的设计具有一定的经济意义和现实意义。
In the design of winch hoisting system,how to reduce the fleet angle of steel wire rope is an important factor to reduce the wear of steel wire rope and ensure that the steel wire rope is wound orderly on the drum.Through a series of calculation and analysis,this paper discusses several methods and measures to reduce the fleet angle of wire rope,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.Some characteristics of winch used in large amusement facilities are also discussed.It has certain economic and practical significance for the design of winch.
