过山车牵引驱动设计

摘要 过山车的牵引系统是过山车的重要组成部分,选型设计和计算有非常重要的意义,本文通过对几种牵引驱动形式优缺点的分析,选择最适合牵引方案,通过对牵引系统的计算,保证了过山车提升过程的安全可靠,通过仿真结果,对牵引钩和牵引钩销轴关键件的受力情况分析。对摩擦驱动设计了一种摩擦力所需的正压力可调节的结构,并进行了电机减速机的选型,驱动系统的设计,驱动计算。 The traction system of the roller coaster is an important part of the roller coaster.The selection design and calculation are of very important significance.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several traction drive forms and selects the most suitable traction scheme.The calculation of the traction system ensures that The lifting process of the roller coaster is safe and reliable.Through the simulation results,the force condition of the key parts of the traction hook and the traction hook pin is analyzed.A structure with adjustable positive pressure required by friction is designed for friction drive.The selection of motor reducer,the design of driving system and driving calculation are carried out.
