电液射流偏转板伺服阀衔铁组件建模分析

摘要 衔铁组件是电液伺服阀的关键部件。分析了衔铁组件工作原理以及其结构特点;通过ANSYS软件模拟计算,获得了其位移变化图、应力分布图和压力云图,为衔铁组件的结构及工艺参数优化提供了一定的参考依据。 The armature assembly is a key component of the electro-hydraulic servo valve.The working principle of the armature assembly and its structural characteristics are analyzed;through the simulation calculation of ANSYS software,the displacement change graph,the stress distribution graph and the pressure cloud graph are obtained,which provide a certain reference basis for the structure and process parameter optimization of the armature assembly.
