摘要
针对立辊轧机主传动轴频繁断裂问题,经过扭矩测试与仿真,分析指出设备过载的原因,据此调整控制系统与工艺参数,解决了主传动轴频繁断裂问题,效果显著。
For the edger mill main transmission shaft fracture repeatedly,the torque measurement and simulation have been finished.The causes of overload have been found.By the adjustments of both control system and rolling technology,the trouble of the main transmission shaft fracture repeatedly has been effectively prevented.
