摘要
介绍整理了钢铁企业主要原燃料散粒物料物理(或力学)性能及其它特殊性能、物料粒度分类。从物料特性出发详述了料仓临界卸料口尺寸的计算方法,及卸料口通过能力计算方法,相关参数的取值方法,并以物料流动性好,流动性差两个实例进行计算解析。根据本文计算方法,整理了钢铁企业常用物料粒度、卸料口尺寸及物料通过能力表格。
The physical(or mechanical)properties,other special properties and particle size classification of main raw fuel granular materials in iron and steel enterprises are introduced.Starting from the material characteristics,the calculation method of the critical discharge port size of the silo,the calculation method of the discharge port carrying capacity and the value method of relevant parameters are described in detail.Two examples of good material fluidity and poor fluidity are calculated and analyzed.According to the calculation method in this paper,the tables of particle size,discharge port size and material carrying capacity of common materials in iron and steel enterprises are sorted out.
