高炉鼓风机变频软起迭代升级与实践

摘要 近年来钢铁行业震荡发展,产量、质量、成本的平衡成为企业的核心竞争力,低成本、高质量运营成为企业发展的必然阶段,对企业生产工艺设备的迭代升级及稳定运行提出了更高的要求。首钢股份公司3#8000m^(3)高炉鼓风机变频控制系统的改造升级项目,着重分析了高炉鼓风机控制特点,对新系统的可靠性、自动化程度、可操作性等都明确了具体要求,确保升级改造后高炉鼓风机能够顺利启动。结合生产工艺及软起动系统特性,设计了大型电动高炉鼓风机变频软起动控制系统的迭代升级方案,实践了同步电动机SFC变频软起动控制系统的迭代升级。 In recent years,the iron and steel industry has developed violently.The balance of output,quality and cost has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Low-cost and high-quality operation has become an inevitable stage of enterprise development,which puts forward higher requirements for the iterative upgrading and stable operation of enterprise production process equipment.The transformation and upgrading project of variable frequency control system of high furnace blower focuses on the control characteristics of 3#8000m^(3)blast furnace blower of Shougang Co.,Ltd.,and defines the specific requirements for the reliability,automation and operability of the new system,so as to ensure the smooth start of high furnace blower after upgrading.Combined with the production process and the characteristics of soft start system,the iterative upgrading scheme of variable frequency soft start control system of large electric blast furnace blower is designed,and the iterative upgrading of SFC variable frequency soft start control system of synchronous motor is practiced.
